Our providers are in network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield, AHS, United Healthcare, and Optum.  

We file claims for out of network insurance companies but require upfront payment for services rendered. You may request superbills from us if you intend to file your own insurance claims.

Become familiar with your mental health coverage by contacting your insurance provider beforehand, as all policies differ. Find out if your insurance plan reimburses for “Outpatient Mental Health Services provided by a Licensed Professional Counselor.”

If you do not have insurance or do not plan to use insurance for our services, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate. At this time, we do not offer sliding scale rates, but we do have discounted self-pay options.
